The General Meeting is composed of one or more representatives of the members as well as the EMOTA team. It lays down the guidelines of the Association's general policy. The EMOTA President chairs the Meeting.
The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting for a period of 3 years. They represent the Association and have the most extensive powers for its administration.
The Secretary General is responsible for taking all the measures necessary to achieve EMOTA's statutory object, general policy and the decisions of the General Meeting.
The Board of Directors may set up Working Committees and Groups chaired by the Secretary General to which specific tasks are allocated.
