Organisational Chart

The General Meeting is composed of one or more representatives of the members as well as the EMOTA team. It lays down the guidelines of the Association's general policy.

Next Annual General Meeting: 17 May 2013, Vienna

The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the General Meeting for a period of three years. They represent the Association and have the most extensive powers for its administration.

The Secretary General is responsible for taking all the measures necessary to achieve EMOTA's statutory object, general policy and the decisions of the General Meeting.

Working Committees and Groups with specific tasks are set up by the Board of Directors.
